The Money Fronts update, released on June 17, 2025, marks one of the most significant expansions for GTA Online, introducing a robust money laundering system, new businesses, vehicles, and a suite of quality-of-life improvements that reshape the criminal enterprise landscape in Los Santos GTA 5 Accounts.
New Money Laundering Businesses
At the heart of the update are three new business fronts that serve as both legitimate enterprises and covers for illicit activities:
1. Hands On Car Wash: This is the entry point for the update’s new mechanics. Purchasing the car wash unlocks the ability to launder money and boosts earnings from your Counterfeit Cash Factory. Players can perform car wash missions for legitimate income or engage in money laundering operations for higher payouts.
2. Smoke on the Water Dispensary: After acquiring the car wash, players can expand to this cannabis dispensary. It enhances profits from your Weed Farm and offers unique laundering missions.
3. Higgins Helitours: This front provides a boost to Air Freight Cargo operations and offers additional laundering opportunities.
Each business generates passive income and can be upgraded to maximize returns. Earnings from these operations are collected from a duffel bag in the car wash’s bedroom, and the more businesses you own, the greater your daily income.
The Heat System
A new Heat mechanic adds strategic depth to the update. As you launder money or perform illicit operations, your businesses accumulate Heat, increasing the risk of police raids and temporarily halting passive income. To reduce Heat, players must complete legitimate business missions, such as washing cars, which resets the meter and allows illicit activities to resume.
New Missions and Content
1. Mr. Faber Work: Six new missions are introduced, accessible via the car wash’s office computer. These can be completed solo or with up to three other players, offering payouts of around $20,000 per mission. Completing all six yields up to $120,000–$130,000.
2. Martin Madrazo Returns: The update’s narrative is driven by longtime cartel contact Martin Madrazo, who guides players through the intricacies of money laundering.
Vehicles and Upgrades
Money Fronts brings nine new vehicles, including the Overflod Suzume supercar (exclusive for GTA+ members initially), Karin Everon RS, Declasse Tampa GT, and the Western Police Bike. Additionally, 50 more vehicles are now compatible with Missile Lock-On Jammers, enhancing player survivability GTA 5 Modded Accounts buy.
Quality-of-Life Improvements
1. Mission Skipping: Players can now skip certain cutscenes during mission replays.
2. Sell Mission Changes: The global signal timer for public Sell Missions has been delayed, and the Boxville Van has been removed from Biker Sell Missions, making sales less stressful.
3. Passive Income: The update streamlines the collection of passive income from up to 23 businesses, with daily revenues ranging from $750 to $1,750 per business.
